Victoria Sandwich

This sponge sandwich filled with softly whipped cream and jam and dredged with caster sugar makes a classic tea time treat. Some ripe raspberries are scattered on the jam for another fresh layer of raspberry flavour.

Traditionally, the Victoria Sandwich Cake is filled with raspberry jam and topped with a sprinkle of caster sugar.

But our Victoria Sandwich is topped with fresh cream + strawberries. It is just heavenly.. ;)
