Red Velvet definitely tops the list of Most Wanted Cakes(if there is such thing). But it's not easy to find a good one, I must say.

But, Let's.Eat.Cakes' Red Velvet Cake, is definitely a must try ! It's very moist, velvety in texture(no kidding!) and it's oh-so-perfect when iced with Cream Cheese Topping.
